Day 0: Pick-up & Transfer to Senaru (Pre-Trek Day)

  • We pick you up from Bangsal Harbour, Senggigi, Mataram, or Lombok International Airport.

  • Drive to Senaru village (2.5–4 hours depending on location).

  • If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you’ll have time to visit Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, located in the lush rainforest.

  • Check in at your guesthouse and meet your guide in the evening for a trek briefing.

Overnight: Local guesthouse in Senaru (included)


Day 1: Sembalun – Sembalun Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun)

  • Early morning transfer to Sembalun village (1,156 m).

  • Register at the National Park office and begin your ascent.

  • Trek through open grasslands with breaks at Pos 1, Pos 2, and Pos 3.

  • Lunch is served at Pos 3.

  • The last section is a steep uphill climb to Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m).

  • Set up camp overlooking the crater lake and summit.

  • Dinner and rest at the campsite.

Day 2: Summit – Lake – Senaru Crater Rim

  • Wake at 2:30 AM and begin the summit climb under the stars.

  • Reach the top of Mount Rinjani (3,726 m) by sunrise for unforgettable views.

  • Return to the crater rim for breakfast.

  • Descend to Segara Anak Lake, enjoy lunch by the lake, and visit the hot springs for a refreshing soak.

  • After a break, continue the steep 3–4 hour ascent to Senaru Crater Rim (Plawangan Senaru, ~2,641 m).

  • Set up camp and enjoy sunset views over the lake and Mount Agung in Bali.

Day 3: Senaru Crater Rim – Senaru Village

  • After breakfast, begin your descent through dense tropical rainforest.

  • Stop for lunch along the way at one of the rest posts.

  • Arrive at Senaru village (601 m) in the early afternoon.

  • Transfer back to your next destination: Bangsal, Senggigi, Mataram, or the airport (included).
